As I say often to our customers " Think outside the box" It may be called a jam but you can use it for your charcuterie board, cheesecake topping or simply on your toast. Our syrup, not only on pancake... it makes excellent drinks.

Homemade bread
Who doesn't love the smell of freshly baked homemade bread? Top it with Sugar free Haskap jam and "Voila"
Crepes with Haskap and cream cheese filling
This homemade cream cheese filling is a favorite way to dress up crepes. It tastes great with fresh or frozen Haskap, or any of our jams. The cream cheese filling is so good, try not to eat it by the spoonful before it makes it into your crepes. Drizzle some Haskap syrup to garnish it up.

Ingredients
1.75 oz. dry gin
0.5 oz. Haskap syrup (or to taste)
6 oz. tonic water
ice
garnish with Haskap Berries
